  • How do I choose between standard and anti-static grades? Anti-static (conductive) carbon-filled coatings are highly recommended for applications involving high-speed friction, such as fuse pressing or plastic packaging, to completely eliminate static charge buildup.
  • How do TEXFLON materials react to harsh industrial chemicals? Our fluoropolymer (PTFE) coatings offer near-total chemical inertness. They are completely resistant to acids, aggressive solvents, and highly corrosive cleaning agents across a wide thermal spectrum.
  • What are the standard storage and shelf-life conditions for self-adhesive fabrics? Standard PTFE fabrics have an indefinite shelf-life under normal conditions. For our self-adhesive products, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry environment (around 21°C) to maintain optimal silicone or acrylic pressure-sensitive bonding strength for up to 12 months.
  • What are the maximum dimension limits for custom industrial orders? Through our advanced wide-loom coating lines, we can supply engineered open mesh and solid PTFE fabrics in standard widths up to 1000mm and maximum widths reaching 4000mm depending on the specific product grade, tailored to minimize material seams on massive processing machinery.
